炬鼎LGA/×CP系列除氣機(jī)/除氣站由電機(jī)帶動(dòng)浸入轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)包鋁水中的石墨轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)，同時(shí)向鋁水中導(dǎo)入高純氮?dú)?或氬氣)和精煉劑。鋁水與氮?dú)?、精煉劑在石墨轉(zhuǎn)子的旋轉(zhuǎn)作用下達(dá)到除氣、除渣和精煉的目的。
LGA /XCP series of degassing machine/station has a Graphite rotor im-mersed in molten aluminium driven by motor, Ilt introduce high purity ni-trogen (or argon) and refining agent to aluminum liquid at the same time.With the rotation of the graphite rotor,the molten aluminum,nitrogenand refining agent achieve the purpose of degassing, slag removal and re-fining.

PRODUCT FEATURES
1、可有效去除鋁水中的有害氣體(主要是氫)和氧化物，兼具氣體精煉和熔劑精煉二者的長處。
2、金屬損耗少，采用合適的熔劑精煉后，溶體表面的浮渣量少且松散；極少發(fā)生包裹金屬的現(xiàn)象。拔渣時(shí)帶出的金屬量小。
3、具有防墜落機(jī)構(gòu)、精煉劑料位檢測(cè)、氣路泄漏檢測(cè)等保護(hù)系統(tǒng)
4、專門的精煉劑送料機(jī)構(gòu)，準(zhǔn)確控制送料數(shù)量，供料均勻。
5、機(jī)架下設(shè)有行走輪，人工推動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)向輕便平穩(wěn)，便于在多個(gè)除氣對(duì)象間轉(zhuǎn)移。
6、可完成多種工藝過程,熔劑配合、可完成調(diào)質(zhì)、除氣、除渣等功能，效能好。設(shè)備采用全自動(dòng)一體化控制，一鍵操作更便捷，顯著改善生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作環(huán)境。
